Quick search brought up nothing, but is anyone else watching this live feed at the moment?

Its been quite fascinating and the defence is, IMHO, getting absolutely slaughtered at the moment by an expert cardiologist (SWMBO reckons he's quite fit!). They haven't held up well with the other witnesses either, so its not looking good for Dr M.

Guilty as charged Your Honour

I figured he was on his way to Oregon. I hope he doesn't die of Dysentery. (you'll be quite old, and possibly American if you get that one)

The cardiologist was running rings around that defence lawyer and he's had rings run around him all week, he's coming across as pretty crap and is doing more to put away his client than the prosecution imho.

How he hasn't sacked him yet and got someone who knows what they are doing I'll never know.

The defence Lawyer has a background in defending drunk drivers, not the best start really. He a bumbling gimp and as you say he seems to be working for the prosecution more than the defence.

Dr M's face this evening was an absolute picture as he realised he'd been nailed by his own team.

I have been watching this, i thought all the legal jargon would bore me, but the whole case has fascinated me.

So far i think the main things against Murray for has been the way in which he obtained and used the Proforol, it seems that it is only meant to be used in very regulated enviroments with the patient recieving constant monitoring and care.

Murray administered Proforol to Jackson and then dissapeared off to chat to his Girlfriend and bit on the side. By the time he returned it would seem that Jackson was already dead. He then did not have a clue how to administer CPR and took ages to call for help. It was clear he was long dead by the time the paramedics arrive. Murray is arguing that Jackson must have woken and taken more proforol.

I think so far the facts presented make Murray look very negligent. He was being paid $150000 a month! He should have at least had a nurse working under him to monitor Jackson whenever he was basically anethestized, or proforol should never have been in that house and Jackson would be alive.

Just my opinion of course! But the more this case goes on the more i really doubt Murray.

The defense have been laughable thus far, I'm sure he's paying them bucketloads, but he's not getting his money's worth what ever it is.

Only Johnnie Cochran could save him now...

(FWIW I think he's as guilty as a puppy sitting next to a pile of poo)

I thought this on the first time I saw it, about a week or so ago. The defence lawyer was asking crap questions to someone (I forget who) and was getting nowhere. He looked completely out of his depth and didn't really seem to know what to ask and seemed to lack any plan!

Am I the only person who knew what the result would be no matter what?

His defence lawyer is appalling, I wasn't surprised.

I couldn't ever see him being allowed to go free even if he didn't do it.

The defence so far have been shocking, but in fairness how can you defend Murray looking at the evidence and facts? Before this trial i was open minded, as it goes on it is very clear the reason Micheal Jackson is dead is directly because of Murrays Negligence, i cannot believe the man pleads not guilty, he killed his cash cow.
