Paint shop/respray - not looking for concours d'elegance

Anyone know of a paint shop in the South East that would do a reasonable but far from perfect (i.e. inexpensive) respray? It is for the wedge track car which is quite ratty and liable to knocks but could really do with a refresh. Maybe I should just get it vinyl wrapped (is that even possible?)!

My friend does vinyl race graphics - might be another way of doing it (covering up the scrapes...)
