Another dead race series

season over after just 2 rounds... cant see this one returning next year to be honest. Shame due to the excellent noise they made but in the end was just another A1GP style failure..

Yep - I don't understand this series at all - I want to support great race teams for their mechanical and strategic accomplishments, and great drivers for winning. There's no room for stty thug sports in that.

The noise was fun for about 10 minutes, but if you spend a race weekend with them you end up sitting in your truck, with a set of sound deadened pit radio headphones on, rocking backwards and forwards with your head in your hands screaming 'MAKE IT STOOOP!!!'

I actually like football - but I look on the two sports as totally unrelated and have no wish to see them conflated.

I didn't watch superleague, what was the point of it? It seemed to be another "Formula One with a gimmick" series to me, like that Formula One but all the teams are countries championship that never went anywhere.
