Most if not all solicitors will be able to help.
I would thing its normal 'sales of goods act' bread and butter stuff for most solicitors. If you can give a little more detail I may be able to share some experiences.

If you are able to share some details, have you considered posting in Speed, Plod and Law?

I would just find a local solicitor then.
Some practices do 'open house/workshop' evenings were you can have a 15/20 min chat for free to get a few pointers.

Sure you need a Solicitor? As almost all trading law is statutory it can normally be dealt with by CAB or trading standards.

Ah - OK.

Paul Worthy is a Noble owner on here ( http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/profile.asp?mem... ) and works for Hamers LLP. He might be able to point you in the right direction.
