Hi,

Checked on DVLA and it says to tax you need a cover note to show insurance. I take it that if the insurance company sends me the cover note via email and I print this it will be enough for the post office to see?

I will be calling the insurance company before I leave but thought I'd ask PH to see if I can get the info now.

Thanks,

Pest

Should be "buy" of course in the title.

I've never had a problem and did it only 12 weeks ago. I can't have changed in that time?

I reckon filling in the V10 and taking it to the PO will be fine - is that what you did?

No, they did it over the counter. I suppose it depends on the post office.

Ta, Will print the cover note and hope the postoffice doesn't cause a problem. Reader's cars for me tomorrow! (hopefully).
