cheap oil e320cdi

anyone got advise on cheaper quality oil for my e320cdi ,not looking forward to spending £80 for mobile 1?

If you know someone with Costco membership Mobil1 is less than £30 for 5l

Alternatively, put your VRM into Opie oils and it will give you a few options

Check to see if you have a DPF (diesel particulate filter) on your E320 some do.

If it does you need a low ash oil.

I check OPIE oils for the MB spec. low ash fully synthetic diesel engine oil and buy it when it is on a promotional offer and buy 20 litres...enough for 2 1/2 oil changes.
