Fault code help needed

MK3 mondeo 2001, 2.0 duratec

I am intermitently losing power around 4-5000 rpm in 2nd and 3rd gear, it just seems to stop accelerating

When i select neutral or dip the clutch the rev counter rises to around 2200 rpm

Still low mpg circa 20 for town driving

I have today used a friends scanner to check for DTCs etc...

Findings,

DTC none
I/M no

MIL off
MISFIRE Ready
FUEL ready
CCM ready
CAT not ready
HCM n/a
EVAP n/a
2AIR n/a
AC n/a
O2S not ready
HO2S not ready
EGR not ready

The above were shown during the first scan, i then drove around 10 miles or so and scanned again.
Only difference is now
EGR ready

Can anyone please shed some light on these issues and point me in the right direction to DIY repair.
