Guys, a quick straw poll before i get all upside down and wedged in under the dash.

Why has my wiper just started to do random parking?

No work carried out down there, no wiring interfered with, it just started doing it. Just trying to cure the fault the quickest way i can , im not a small guy and its bloody uncomfortable down there.

I had this problem and it was a loose wire! If you are playing around i would recomend fitting the following

Thanks Guy, I'll check the wires. Ive already got a wiper controller with variable wipe speed , cant remember its name at the mo.
