Mazda 2.2 diesel. What diameter are the disc's/calipers?

Am away from home but need to order snow tyre's.

The standard tyres are 225 45 18's and ridiculous for winter tyres. will 16'' steels fit over the calipers? as a lot cheaper in long run.

the discs are 298.6mm according to euro car parts, so 16" wheel with the correct offset should fit fine. For reference my Focus has 300mm discs and I have just brought 16" alloys for the winter, there is about 10mm clearance of between the caliper and wheel.
