Just collected my first TVR, a Chimaera today. woohoo

First silly question

I have 17" wheels all round, with Toyo Proxes T-1Rs 215/45 on front and 245/40 on rear.

Anyone running similar? What tyre preasures do you use?

It seems the same pressures, give or take a lb/psi, is fairly consistent across the board in any advice I've seen.

You could do worse than follow the advice here;

Eagle Asymmetric II tyre pressures
or here
tyre pressures please.

...or do a forum search (just on the Chimaera forum using Advanced Search), the question has been asked quite often I expect.

Thanks Goaty Bill.

I did try searching first, but was too specific becasue I searched on 'chimaera tyre preasure'. Then just after I posted the question, a reply appeared on another tyre preasure thread.

Any way I will try 22 Front and 24 back. Got to better that 8 on NSR and 21 on OSR when I got home from clooecting the car!

Sorry its a bit late (see my thread re Fridays problem) I've got exactly the same wheel size, tyres and 22 front & 24 rear works very well.
