Right, I haven't done this for a couple of years so bear with me.
IIRC, "phonic" means sound. And the word in front of it defines the number of sounds, correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is right.
Therefore, a monophonic piece is a single instrument playing, i.e somebody singing or a trumpet. That would be a monophonic sound, as "mono" means "one". Carry on to homophonic, which means same. So this would possibly be an acoustic guitar and vocals.
Harmonic is uh, difficult to explain. Basically, it is the same melody line being played at a different point in the relative scale. Although this is by no means definitive it's quite accurate for most forms of music.
An orchestra is a large group of musicians split into different sections i.e brass who are led by a conductor.
Symphonic is classical music, i.e Beethoven or Tchaikovsky.
So, I would make the assumption that harmonic orchestra is the name of a particular orchestra, rather than actually being a technical term. Again I may be wrong.
And a symphonic orchestra could possibly be an orchestra that plays classical music.

Just to add confusion, I play for an orchestra which is a Sinfonia (Italian for Symphony).
To be honest, they're all essentially the same thing just a way to differentiate orchestras from the same City (London Symphony Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Sinfonia of Birmingham, Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony etc)
