Have people generally found the official porsche network to be shite with regard to giving accurate data about delivery times for parts?

My tech has had a back order for some shims for my diff on order all week and had three diff delivery dates, all of which have been reneged on... can't use the car this w/e then. That'll be nice.

Yes absolutely agree, especially with the older cars which they have trouble identifying the correct part from their database.

Possibly worth calling a German OPC. I have three 944 buddies waiting for a centre cubby under the radio for months and months. Another guy lives in Germany strolled into his OPC and picked up a cubby the next day.
