Filming from your Tam

Strapped my old N95 to the back of the front number plate and filmed some live road action.

Anyone been board enough to try something similar?

Yep, but used an IPhone on the windscreen, it's on Youtube in 01142Kevin63's directory; also used the £10 mini-cams off ebay, picture quality is quite good, but sound quality is poor.

I've used my old bullet cam via a camcorder that I had on my race car...does the job...+ you have a separate mic. Which you can put in the boot...picks up the exhaust note a treat with no wind noise.
