Hi, not a friend before he laid our new oak flooring in our extension, (on the recommendation of our builder)but Ben and his men did such a good job for us and have subsequently refinished two existing floors that I have no hesitation in recommending him myself. He is based just south of Leicester but regularly travels to London and other areas so I don't think Nottingham would hold any horrors for him!
