Please settle a pub argument

I want to settle an argument with a mate regarding Scottish Traffic Police law......

I think it is still the case in Scotia that traffic cars still require two Officers to enforce any traffic offences. Where as in England it is one Officer to a vehicle.

My mate reckons that Scotland has changed the rules to come in line with England?

Hi there.

As I understand it, corroboration by another officer is required unless there is some form of recording device (video etc) mounted within the car to substantiate what the officer suspects.
