Which spark plugs?

I was running NGK BR6ES in my 4.6 engine.

I want to get things righter then right with my 5.0 engine, so...

What make, type and gap is recommended for my engine?

Spec is flowed heads, trumpets, higher lift cam etc, etc.

I am still running a clockwork Lucas system.

NGK 7 at least. I ran 8's in mine for the nitrous and had no normal running problems

What's the advantage of 7, is that standard for a 5.0, what gap also?

Engine now together this weekend, just waiting for the box....
