Lense repair in SE / Essex

Can anyone recommend somewhere for Nikon lense repairs in Essex? Dropped a VRII lense on Saturday and its a bit stiff and misfocused East London would work too, Fixation a bit further away than I'd like ideally - I'm near Basildon.
