window not dropping on door opening

Any suggestions? I've performed the window reset procedure, but no joy. You have to fiddle with the door handle, push it closed, open it again, etc.etc. and eventually the window drops (a little) enabling you to open the door fully.

When this happened on mine the dealer reset the ECU and it sorted it. And I thought "turn it off and turn it back on" only worked with IT kit

Try doing a battery reset.

Also, keeping the battery on a trickle charge (conditioner) helps to avoid the problem of the car "forgetting" the settings.
