Should I or shouldn't I ?

Ok I live in Spain at the moment where it is nearly impossible to get any sort of decent car looked after, I had a RS4 that was impossible to get properly serviced etc. Anyway about a year ago I got a uk registered LHD 07 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 in silver, it has every option o it. A year down the line and am itching for a new car, I thought m5 or 997 then I thought about the headaches of getting repaired or serviced, also the roads around where I am are rubbish, full of speed bumps and real suspension killers. Every time I get in my Range I love the drive. I have the opportunity to send my car to platinum motorsport in L.A for some work. I was thinking a full respray in matte pearl White, a low key body kit and grille, 24" 3 piece wheels and a full retrim in black and White quilted leather including headlining. A new ecu and lowering kit. I get it all for a very good price of around 12k including shipping the car to the USA. Platinum motorsport are One of the best custom car builders in the world and I figure it will be like getting a new car. What do you think ? Should I or shouldn't I ?

This seems to be the newest fad. Turning your car into a christmas tree. I saw an old Nissan Almera the other day with neon under it, those daft 'audi' DRL all over the front, neon windscreen washers, neon 'fogs' Had a big fart can exhaust too. Still had stock 13" or so 'dubs' on it which sorta ruining the overall 'look at me' effect. Or added to it.
