Due to the Company's need for increased global reach, we require a European based Applications Specialist, to support on-going business in Asia and Europe
Championing new technology and other associated products by working with the distributors, commercial team, sales support team, service and operations to maximise revenue for the cell culture systems business. The main focus will be providing applications support to enable the company to achieve commercial objectives. This will include providing customer training on ambr and occasional demonstration activities supported by the territory based distributor sales teams, and applications support during installation of systems. The secondary focus will be supporting the implementation of the strategic plan for cell culture, gathering market information and feedback for product development. These activities will be closely co-ordinated by the Services group, as well as members of the sales support and commercial team.
Educated to degree level in a relevant life science discipline with a successful track record in the automation and/or cell culture market segments either in a product specialist role or as a scientist with a commercially oriented outlook. PhD or post graduate research experience in a related subject such as cell biology or bio processing would be a distinct advantage
