PH Mobile Timeouts

Is it just me or is everyone else getting timeouts all the time on the mobile site? Both when posting and reading.

Only when posting, but yeah I've had trouble.

Quite often find that even though it has 'timed out' my post is there when I go on the normal site.

Is this the cause of all these iPhone double posts I wonder?

My phone's a Blackberry btw.

Yep, I get the same. It takes 4 seconds, then I get a ~ 4000ms timeout message, but the content still gets posted.

Happend regularly to me too, figured one of the hamsters had died and nobody noticed...

Any mods listening? Seems that whoever hosts your mobile site has a problem?

Seems particularly bad today, I've given up, using the full site instead.

Have been seeing the 4000ms problem for a long time, just kind of accepted it as a 'feature'. Given the amount we pay for this site, I would expect better. Oh, hang on...

Yes same issues on iPhone. I'm no geek but my gut feeling is it gets overloaded, leaves the office and puts the red error message on the door.

Its been happening to me for as long as i can remember.
Every time i use PH on a mobile.

Also happens when i use my ipod..

Has been happening to me for as long as I've had a smart phone, goes away when you use full site and I've never had it on my iPad (only uses full site).
