Door trim removal on 996

I've searched and searched on how to remove the entire door trim and can't find anything other than how to do on a Boxster or 993. Does anyone have any pictures on how to remove the bloody thing. I removed all the visible screws, the invisible ones behind the Airbag decal, yet there seems to be one I can't find, it seems to be somewhere in the door handle area.

Help!
