Glasgow to Lancashire, E92 M3, '94 SWB Pajero or 1.2 Clio?

What would you take? The E92 will cost more, the Pajero would be more economical being the 2.5 TD but noisy, and the Clio would be super economical but tiring to drive!! Driving down and back today.

I've decided, but curious what the opinions would be!!











E92 M3.

It's not that far, and mostly motorway. I'd take the M3.

Pajero will be noisy and slow up the M74's hills, the 1.2 Clio won't be that economical due to a shortish 5th gear (in my experience of an '03 1.2 Clio). M3 becomes the default choice.
