So thinking of booking a cancun honeymoon for July.

But this is the start of Hurricane season.

Does this usually put people off going?

Too soon in the season for anything meaningful to be going on.
Sea will only just be around 80F by then. Late Aug/early Sept is usually when things start happening...

I stayed here last year, It was fantastic, could not fault it, adults only so no screaming kids and fully all inclusive(even the room service & mini Bar) Plenty of things to do or just do nothing.

Not to sure, Think it was hayse and Jarvis, I was lucky enough to have been taken rather then have to book it all myself so I have no idea of costs.

It was fantastic, stayed in a lovely room, sea view and Jacauzzi pretty much on the balcony, although you can get better rooms & villas ours was fantastic.

Also I would recomend Xel Ha marine park, and if you dive the cenote's are 100% worth a trip!

The season as already stated will only just be kicking off. Nothing to worry about at all.

As to hotel, I was in Playa during August, with thompson/1st choice. Flew premier return and a week all inc at the following hotel

Could not fault it at all ...

Cost for the week was about 2500 for two.
