Car Insurance recommendations

I am looking to find an insurer who will extend the driving other cars to my girlfriend who has been a named driver on the policies for over 10 years. I did have this with a policy about 7/8 years ago but my current insurer wont.

The second thing I am looking for is a company who will let me transfer my NCB to my Girlfriend. I have 2 NCB both at 9 years, I have read that some companies do this but trying to find out who does is a bit difficult.

hope you can help, renewal needs to be done by the 2nd November.
