Think the car was for sale on autotrader this week under oxford area - do a search then you can speak to the owner who needed a quick sale to go abroad, assume someone jumping in to make a few quid - no harm in that - would have got it myself if I hadn't been half asleep - looks an absolute beaut.

Go and inspect it ASAP. Price may reflect condition, but you never know, may just reflect need to sell quick
The seller has had a lot of interest and I believe there's a queue of people wanting to look at it (and at least two people were going this weekend). I'm afraid you may have missed the boat on that one!

Yep, I was in the queue to see it but it went on Sunday
Wish I'd seen it in the Auto Trader first though - he made a pretty penny with that!

Presumably to someone who bought the car from a seller who wasn't the registered keeper, whose name wasn't on the V5, from an address different to that on the V5...
Rather him than me - although the evidence uncovered by the PH MI5 does seem to point to a sound purchase. Wonder if he knew that?
