my tuscan mk 1 has been in storage for about 6 months, charged the battery but still wont start, what do i need, will the engine be seized for being idle for so long?
it has been in a garage under a cover

Un-likely the engine is seized, chances are if the battery has been connected all that time & not on a conditioner it has lost it's capacity and it will not be regained by charging. Best to try with a fresh battery.

Think you need to give a few more details?

Was the car running before the 6 months lay-up?

Does the engine turn over on the key? (Indicating immobiliser OK).

On the key, can you hear the Fuel pump prime? (Indicating immobiliser OK).

Has the battery been conditioned with a 'smart' charger during the 6 months idle - sometimes batteries will degrade to such an extent that there is just not enough ooomph in them to power everything up. Be careful to protect the ecu if jump starting. Lots of posts on here regarding this.

Have you got fuel at the injector rail?

Have you got a spark at the plugs?

These are the basics really. Check these and try and narrow down where the problem lies.
