At a guess, I'd say it was probably bullying issues at school that went unresolved and so parents tried to sort it out themselves as the 'talk to and understand your bully' method typically used by staff didn't work. Can't see why it would end up at the school otherwise? Unless they want an 'Educating Cardiff' tv show?
