Is There a Right Time?
Discussion
I'm usually up at 6am most mornings. By 6.30/7.00 I'll have a cup of tea (no sugar, but a drop of honey) and usually I'm good for a 'read' on the thinking chair within an hour.
If you're eating more or less the right food at more or less the right time, does the body have a 'right' time to get rid of waste matter?

IANADoctor, but some go in the morning, others in the evening, others a few times a day. As long as you're regular I don't think it matters. Once a day does me usually.
One my colleagues always gets the need at 9am as the rest of us start work... no worse than doing it later I suppose.
