anyone know what the pipe is from that ends underneath the radiator.

It is attached to the passenger side of the chassis,and appear to meander underneath the passenger footwell.

at some point at the front it runs parallel with the rubber pipe from the water system header tank.

I have a leak and it appears that this pipe is wet. maybe just conincidence..

any ideas?????????
