Looks like a 170V to me.

Built between 1946 and 1953.

It doesn't look 100% original to me, could be modified or a kit?

I was just about to say that, wheels look too small for a car of that era.

looks a bit like a 2CV based kit car to me ... I might be way off but proportions seem about right!

I may pop down this week and have a closer look, it doesn't look like it's been driven in awhile as 2 of the tyres were flat and seemed to be very "weather worn".

I agree with the 170 conclusion,thoguh they were also made prior to the war. As well as what had been said already,light look wrong.
