L322 water drip - a/c?
Discussion
Hi chaps,
I've noticed a drip (well two) today under my 2004 FFRR Td6. After a quick google the most likely culprit seems to be the a/c overflow pipes.
I gave the water the finger test and it didn't seem to have coolant in it (and no fully temp readings noticed on dash). As it got dark so quickly I didn't manage to see precisely where it was dripping from but I bobbed under and it looked like two drips dropping either side of the oil sump.
ETA: I had the a/c on warmer than normal as wife/child in car - set at about 22/23 degrees. I normally keep the a/c on all the time at around 18/19 and have not noticed any dripping before (though that's not to say it hasn't happened, just that I haven't seen it...)
Anyone got a clue?
Secondly, when I went to grab the jack before deciding it was too dark I noticed some standing water under the spare wheel. Not related I know but is this likely the lower tailgate not sealing properly?
Thanks,
Ben
