James Hardtop is off

Badapple, probably too soon to compare but 1st impressions is that it is nearly as quick up to around 80, handling is brilliant and benefits from the light weight, wheras the 355 always felt heavy in turns and braking, the Elise just shrugs it off

what about the noise?
how does it compare?
doesn' t it feel a bit like a sewing machine after the F355?

(assuming you run a standard exhaust)/

A very close family member who is related to me by law borrowed my digital camera and has returned it to me sans ac adapter so I now have £400 of kyocrea paperweight...

The roof is in the garage and the Soft top is on now. It does have a small leak though so I'll be on the phone later Mr Mustard

I fixed the alarm though...

Sorry Mustard, couldn't resist.... To be honest Alun, they all leak a bit, ESPECIALLY after a drenching like last night. Didn't go near it on the way to work this morning in case I now own an expensive, fishpond which corners on rails!

The S1 did'nt leak after a bit of fiddling but this seems to have some damage to the seals by the driverdoor/window/roof area. I'm sure its sortable quite easily hence my mentioning it here so people can chip in. If I thought it was a major issue I'd not have mentioned it publicly as I would'nt want to cause Mustards reputation any harm!

If it ever stops raining here I'll go and take a proper look or perhaps drive up the road and find the previous owner and ask him if it always did that
