Is very hot,and I recently rediscovered how good it was with beef.

Also rediscovered red cabbage in vinegar.

I'm going for a wander down the tasty condiment aisle in my local five-and-dime later..

horseradish goes very well with a good firm smoked fish as well as beef.

Try 'chrain' (horseradish and beetroot) from the kosher section.

It really lifts the flavour of beef, smoked salmon, and - dare I say it - ham.
