Whilst clearing out my fathers garage recently, I came across a Marshall K200 supercharger made in 1948.
Would anyone know what it would be worth and where the best place to sell would be? It is in very good condition and still has some of the manufacturers wire seals in place.
Thanks

I think a few of them are used by the VSCC racers as superchargers, (originally it was a cabin blower not for car use I expect.)

Ebay is probably the best place for it as most people look on there for old stuff.

I would imagine around the 1000 to 1200 pounds mark. You could sell it literally anywhere but ebay is probably the quickest but most annoying.

Would happily purchase it off you for around that any day of the week. smile But I have enough crap as it is!

OP, given the number and type of cars that have been retrofitted with that type of blower (Bug, MG K etc.) it may also be worth chucking it into a proper auction, or mentioning it to people like Tim Dutton smile

HVA Auctions seems to be the best to use for VSCC stuff, and they are taking lots for the next one in November.

Hi
Thanks for all the advice.
I'm going to to give a try on Ebay, so we'll see how things go.
