Any ex-Officers out there from the RM or RN? Or collectors? My dad (Lt Cdr RN) is in need of a ceremonial sword to borrow for a week. He's flying back on thursday from the US where he is based on exchange to attend a wedding and as he wont be visiting any UK base while he is here he cannot organise a sword for the event. He's attending in uniform but the issue is they dont do RN/RM swords over there for thier attached ranks so cannot bring one with him from the US. Its not a 100% requirement but having one for photos etc would go a long way toward making the day a little bit more spectacular.

Please pm to organise as im sure you wont want everyone to know you have a valuable item like this at home.
