At a guess, you take out the stereo and cage holding it in and you should just about be able to access the back of them??
Just an idea.

The dashboard has to come out or to be exact the top cover has to be unbolted to get access to the back of the dash, Described in the bible and here many times. A quick search should reveal the details.

It's also on Trefor's web site but I can't remember the URL.
