anyone snapped the bonnet retaining clip?

mine got a bit brittle and snapped whilst on my hols. Its strongly stuck down and I need a replacement. Not quite sure how to get the old one off as no hairdryer technique will work due to the strength of the glue holding it...

any ideas where to buy a replacement anyway?

Well my glue came unstuck and I had a nightmare getting it to stick back again!!

Rs components do them, think they are under Adhesive cable clips

go into cable and connectors , then cable accesories and theres a load under Adhesive retaining clips.

Mine has a rivet through. No idea where to get one as Peninsular replaced it at the last service.
