Workshop space near Edinburgh

[slickchange]

Does anyone know how of any workshop space near Edinburgh? Big enough to do an engine swap or store a car over winter. Happy to share. I knew of a place recently in Drem in an old turkey farm with loads of cheap shared workshops, full of old beamers but can't remember where it is. Anyone know anywhere?
