Its a dam shame keeping them locked in there in plastic bags. They need taking out for a good Hoon, I'll have the RS200.

Think quite a few get loaned out to mags etc ...so some of them certainly get used

Thats good to hear then. No problem with keeping them like that as long as they are used.

Now that UR Quattro at Audi HQ is another matter. Keeping it in a sealed room and having never one driven it or even started it. Such a waste.

AFAIK the majority (if not all of them) do get used, almost exclusively for press purposes but it's use nonetheless

Don't you think that there is something indescribably cool about that though?

The thought that one day, some lucky sod will sit in that car (completely done up as Gene Hunt, hopefully) and be the first person to start it up and drive away?

Believe me when the cars are out they are driven in anger, looks who foots the bill ...wouldnt you?
