Alfa 156 track prep

Ive just started running a 2001 Alfa 156 2.5 v6 in the MSV Trackday Trophy, My knowledge of alfas is somewhat limited, and could do with some advice on suitable performance upgrades for my car. The series regulations are reletively open as for suspension and brakes, and the class is limited by power to weight ratio. My class is upto 125bhp/ton. Im currently running 107 bhp/ton. Current mods other than those required to conform to MSA standards are: Spax coilovers, EBC discs and Blue stuff pads and Toyo Tyres.
As you could imagine budget atm is some what limited so am looking certainly for the interim for any cunning low cost perfomance upgrades, for both power and handling. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Do you have a Q2 differential fitted? If not that is simply the best upgrade to shave a good few seconds off your lap times.
