Thought it was one of the neighbours having a visitor, but It's been sat there for 3 days now. Not happy.

I'm calling the police tomorrow and asking them to remove it. Failing that I have access to a flatbed lorry with a crane capable of picking up 10 tons.

Do I...

A) Go and weigh it in, pocket the cash denying all knowledge.
B) Drop it off at the local 3.14lockopeningdevice camp
C) Park it outside the local council offices.
D) Your suggestion here.

3 whole days?

Wait... it is outside your house and not inside? I'd be annoyed after 3 days if it was the latter.

I park my car on the road, because of this car o have to park half blocking my drive. This means I have to block my wifes car in, and she leaves an hour before me every day.

This means I have to get up earlier, move the car, then move it back, then get ready for work.

I'm not entirely happy about this situation hehe

Plus, It's untaxed. And its a P reg Vectra, It's dragging my nice area down.

A: You can't scrap it reputably without the V5 and ID.
B: Not a bad option as long as you don't get seen doing so.
C: Forget it, They will piss on you from a great height if they can to show they are doing something.
D: Actually phone the council,or police. You may be surprised how quickly they round these up nowadays.

I know what you mean...

Some pleb parked a Porsche 996 Turbo on my neighbours' drive the other day, it really made our cul de sac look like a shanty town, as none of our cars are worth below 200k or more than 3 years old...

And to top it all off, he had driven forwards on the drive rather than reversing!

That day was a bad day for all of us...

I love my wife dearly, I trust her with my life, my money and my testicles.

I refuse to give her my keys. It's not even my car.

I feel your pain, It's morons like this that make life hard for the hard working goatee'd, red bull drinking company directors.

Down with this sort of thing. Viva la revolution.

Find something more import to think about ( do you have a copy of the daily mail you could read?)

If it's parked on the public road you will find that in fact you do not own the road - it's Free for anyone to park on.

Why not park your wifes car on the road, and your car on the drive?

D) Stop being a snob. It might even be taxed and insured, maybe they are waiting for the tax disc to come through the post.

Also, good luck with getting the Police to remove it. Only the DVLA have power for untaxed vehicles, and they just clamp them.

just put a rope on it and drag it forwards a few feet or whatever until it isn't causing you an obstruction anything cinquecento upwards would tow a car with the handbrake on a short distance
