Who can tell me what username to use when FTP'ing stuff onto your btinternet webspace. Is it just forname.surname or is it (for example) [e-mail]

AFAIR it was just a case of ftp'ing to ftp.btinternet.com then entering username and password details...

aye, just double checked it, and it's all ok!
