Great job so far!

It would need to be a 3 day weekend for me, as I'm running out of holiday already. I voted May, but would be happy with June as well. September wouldn't be too bad either.

Whilst I would love to do Le Mans stuff, I see this as secondary, and optional.

My old man would still be able to do a mid week, even though I wouldn't, but he might be a bit nervous about taking a bunch of Lycra clad internet-ers to France without me there. hehe

Is it worth adding a "any of the above with lemans" and a "any of the above w/o lemans"

Simply put, all are great with me, but I don't want to effect it one way or the other if you see what I mean?

edited to add - bloody ace effort so far chap, thanks!

Added some further options and you can vote for more than one. Can you also indicate if you are restricted to only three days or could do 3 or 4.

I could do 4 days, in fact that would probably be my preference.

i have voted for weekend 3 day with added le mans but to be honest i am pretty easy either way which i appreciate isnt much help. le mans would be nice but its not a deal breaker, if we cant get onto the circuit then it might be a bit atmospheric just bimbling around the circuit bits (i dont know if you can get access anywhere interesting)

I would prefer to keep it to three days becuase that keeps the costs a bit lower as it means only two nights accomodation (because I am poor!)

pablosmate has been directed to the thread to make some valuable input...

Sorry, had not seen the new topic with the poll. Voted now, would prefer a weekend, as it's easier to get time off work. However, if majority wishes mid-week, then will try my best to make it. Thanks for the effort in organising this, really looking forward to it. Just hope I'll be in good enough shape by then!

Right now it's stuck at the top there's no excuse, I'll pm the remaining interested parties tomorrow and give them a week to register their preference and we'll go from there!

Right everyone should have a pm this morning, and in order to do it a bit quicker (and keep a list of the group together) I added you all as one of "my mates", don't worry I'm not stalking you (although I may draft you!) biggrin .

So, I have 70.3 South Africa end of Jan, a baby turning up end April , Marshman 70.3 in May, Windsor Tri in June, Ironman Switzerland in July and London Tri in late Sept. August I'll take the family on holiday at some point.

All of above whilst I'm working on and off (about 40-50%) back and forth to South Africa biggrin

With all this in mind I've voted for September and realistically couldn't do May, June at all frown

Whilst you're getting votes for people's favourite, you're not getting other options they may also do... surely worth trying to get that to see if we can get a large number all on one outing?

Hi
Pablo's mate here - have voted in favour of any of the 3 day weekend options. Very little in the diary beyond about March next yeat at the minute, but it's surprising how quickly a years' worth of weekends can fill up. As you can probably guess from the fact this is my first post despite having been a member of several years, I don't get on here much. Is there a mailing list for any updates or will I just have to start visiting a bit more regularly?
Cheers,
G
