As you may know there is already a topic running which contains the details about next years trip...

I've spoken to the hotel near the Spa circuit today and they have confirmed receipt of our initial deposit payment. When I first contacted them I don't think they realised this was the Spa Classic weekend, but now they have!
The purpose of this topic is to let you all know that the hotel have said we must now confirm our final room requirements by Friday 4/11, which is a lot earlier than I was originally expecting, and I didn't want this message to be missed by anyone if it was buried in the other topic
There are a maximum of 7 twin and 10 double rooms at our disposal, any of which can be used as a single.
So, if you want to join us please add your name/s to the other topic and drop me an email to find out where to send the deposit.
