Kumho Ecsta V70A on an mk2 MR2 ?
Discussion
I'm currently using Toyo T1R's and have done for the last couple of years. They are great on my car with the one down side being the wall flex, it's really bad but always grips hard, just feels odd at times.
However, I'm thinking about changing to the V70A's on the standard rim size (15"), possibly on the 'hard' compound.
Wheel sizes are:
F = 205/50/R15
R = 225/50/R15
This will be for occasional track days and road use (not commuting).
I doubt anyone has run it with the exact same set up but I'm curious of thoughts of the tyre itself.
Many thanks !

Can't comment on the Kumhos, but I have just got four new tyres on my MR2 Turbo. Two Uniroyal Rain Experts at the front and Nexen N2000's at the back, and I am very impressed with the Nexens. You can still break the grip pretty easily with some sharp throttle, especially over some technical road surface but they are very good tyres. I use my MR2 for commuting, and whilst they're a fairly hard compound they deform just enough to make the handling supple and responsive, which is exactly what I wanted.
