Gday all
After nearly 4months apart... I was reunited with my Gcar on Friday .
I last said goodbye to it on 25th Feb ..at Southampton ..after a most miserbale trip from Norwich (Lotus Home)..
After 2 years of keeping it out of the rain ,snow, sleet... wind etc.
The trip that day i woke with 3 inches of snow on it ..(it was out of garage that nite for a quick 3AM GET AWAY)
It got everything....snow, sleet..wind everything ....dodging the trucks as they slid over the roads !!!!!
It looked very dirty when i left it .
Last Friday .. i picked it up ..after passing the Queensland transport requirements ..it has now a Australian compliance plate attatched.
Then for a ride up from Brisbane ..to its new home on the Sunshine Coast ... about 60 miles north .
I couldnt belive it ..it loved the open roads and freedom.. not like the congestion in its home country England.
So after a complete cleanup on Sat ... it went for a drive up the mountains and it LOVED IT .. the twisty bends and curves .. i had to give the big V8's here a squirt or two .. they were not impressed .!!!! as i sped around the bends..... bye bye !!!!

Hey Alex good for you!!! Those V8 boys WOULD hate that

As with your rattle, is it a high pitched noise or a banging noise. Check the plastic housing around the fans under the front of the car. They might be loose from some cracks in them, mine making this rattle at present which I need to find time to fix.
