Which agency for Italian Property??

Hi All,

I am looking to sell my home here in Italy and I'm looking for a good agency based in the UK that specialises in selling Italian properties. I have tried the Knight Frank's of this world but they are only interested in multi €million places.

Does anyone have any experience with decent agents or have any solid recommendations?

I have a book on buying a property in Italy - I believe they have a website.

I understand there are some nasty taxes (like stamp duty) to pay on buying property in Italy.
