Basically there are none.
Some have higher limits than others but most have to comply with local regulations and apply limits of 98 to 105 with the norm these days being around 100 ish. The days of turning a blind eye are getting harder and harder to find.
The only way to find out is get the car noise tested and see how far over it is. If you need to reduce by about 5-7 dB then a track day silencer is needed. Tower View, Merlin Motorsport, ACT all do them. Beyond that you either buy Gran Tourismo 56 and stay at home or change the exhaust for a quieter one.
There is a noise FAQ on my website.

If you are ever in my area the Hungaroring does 10 track days a year, entry fee around 17 quid a time. I cannot see any noise restrictions at the moment. You can even by a season ticket for about 50 quid. I will sign up as soon as I get a TVR over here. Current cars no use (Pug 206 auto (wife's car) and Lada Niva 4wd). I'm thinking Wedge with 460 engine, brakes, suspension, roll bar type mods. Should be fun!
