Anyone know the history of my TAZ 5590?
Discussion
I am trying to find some of the history of my Tasmin, current reg. Number TAZ 5590. If anyone knows any of its history, I would be most grateful as I am trying to build up the story behind it.
Originally it was TVR 22 and has held various numbers between times. The car is a white 2.8 ragtop and was, I believe, the first factory Press Car (convertible that is).
I have heard from the last two owners, who are both going to produce some sort of interesting tales. The last but one owned the car on Alderney (35mph speed limit!) and says he only sold it because it doesn’t have power steering. He’s just bought a 350SE which should even now be arriving on Alderney!
Any info gratefully received! Shane
